1. Select the light source

The power of lamps shall be determined first for the configuration of solar street lamps. The solar street lamps use LED light source, and the most used are 1W high-power lamp beads. Generally, one power is 1W, and some use other low-power lamp beads such as 2835 or 5070. Rural road lighting is generally 30-60 watts, and urban expressways need more than 60 watts. If the LED light source exceeds 120 watts, solar power is not recommended, because the configuration is too high and the cost is high.

2. Solar panel

Solar panels can be divided into single crystal and polycrystalline, and the price of single crystal is higher than polycrystalline. When customers buy, because there is no professional measuring instrument, it is recommended to measure the size and area. The larger the size and area, the larger the size of solar panels, which is directly proportional to the power of solar panels. The appropriate solar panel and battery shall be selected according to the lamp cap power and sunshine duration, which shall be obtained through scientific calculation.

3. Battery

Solar street lamp batteries are generally divided into lead-acid batteries, ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries. Generally, the lithium iron phosphate batteries on the market are second-hand or disassembled 32650 cylindrical batteries. At present, lithium iron phosphate batteries and lithium batteries are commonly used. The cost of phosphoric acid batteries is higher than lithium batteries, the cost of lithium batteries is higher than lead-acid batteries, and the cheapest is second-hand block batteries.

4. Street lamp pole

The upper and lower diameter, height, thickness, shape and surface treatment of the street lamp pole are mainly considered. The larger the diameter or height and thickness of the street lamp pole, the higher the price will be; The more complex the shape of the street lamp pole is, the higher the price will be; The overall cost of hot-dip galvanizing for surface treatment is higher than that of hot-dip galvanizing plate, and the cost of hot-dip galvanizing plate is higher than that of cold galvanizing; The cost of plastic spraying treatment is higher than that of surface painting.
